1. Return Window
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Product does not match description
- Unused, sealed products returned within 7 days
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Products without original packaging
- Custom or special-order items
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
4. Return Process

- Share your order ID and reason for return with photos of the product
- Our team will review and approve or deny the request within 24 hours
- Approved returns: we arrange pickup or ask you to ship back
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the order, or via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) for COD orders.
Our team will contact you on your registered phone number to coordinate the refund. Please ensure your bank details are accurate when requested.
6. Exchanges
We offer direct product exchanges for defective or wrong items. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after return pickup.
