You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

All products listed on our website are genuine and sourced from authorized brand distributors. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product packaging may differ slightly.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for prepaid orders) or confirmed by our team (for COD orders).

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders attract an additional handling charge as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
• Other cities: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence
• Consumable construction chemicals (opened packs/cans) are not eligible for return unless defective

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

• Loss or damage arising from courier/delivery issues

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
